Hot in Texas

Even though we have been seeing record temps of over 100 already this summer, the quilting ladies have been keeping busy.  Some ladies have been putting out some great quilting projects.  Although many were shown in our Monthly Newsletter, others need to be mention and bragged on for the beautiful projects that have created.
Mary Mitchell as usual has been creating some beautiful baby quilts for our donation to the Wise Choices Pregnancy Center.  She continues to  amaze all with her lovely piecing and quilting techniques.

Here are two more of her pieced quilts she completed this last month.  A BIG Thank You to Mary for all that she does for our guild.

Also, Marie West has been VERY busy with her machine lately.  Marie brought us many of her projects that she had been working on to show and tell us about.
