We invite area quilters and those interested in quilting to our November meeting. Bobbie Smith of Kilgore, Tx. will be our speaker. She lived in Indonesia for eleven years and various other countries. While in Indonesia she learned how they printed batik fabrics. She will be bringing the tools used and some of her collection of fabrics. Mark your calendars for November 20 10:00am.
Our group of ladies that meet on Thursdays have been busy getting kits together for our baby quilts for the Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center. Members are asked to pick up a kit or get the instructions and make up their own and bring a completed quilt at the December meeting. Members also mark your calendars for our Christmas party Dec. 11. We are having a WCQG reunion! Invite past members. It will be fun to see our old friends.
